Zaragoza style rice

  • 500 grams of rice
  • 200 grams of ham
  • 200 grams of lamb
  • 200 grams of pork ribs
  • 200 grams of sausage
  • 100 grams of country sausage
  • 4 tablespoons of lard
  • Half chopped onion
  • A liter of water or soft broth
  1. Shredded and boneless meats are fried in lard along with sliced longaniza and sausages.
  2. When the meat turns pink, add the chopped onion and wait for it to boil before adding the rice, which will be cooked for half an hour on medium heat.
