Turkey’s AKSA Generator, a Ş company under Kazancı Holding, has become the majority owner of Zaragoza Dagartech, a company dedicated to designing, producing, and marketing generator sets. Dagartech now joins a global group recognized as one of the top five manufacturers of power generation equipment. The partnership broadens the growth path for the acquired business and supports its ongoing development with a team of 49 professionals. Founded eight years ago, Dagartech has already established itself as a reference in its sector.
This deal presents a clear avenue for expansion and a forward-looking outlook, according to David García, the chief executive and founder. He noted that such collaborations arise where commercial, purchasing, and capacity synergies align, and added that the alliance with AKSA will enable the company to offer more comprehensive projects going forward.
Dagartech aims to close the year with a 27 million euro turnover, representing about a 30 percent increase from the prior year. The company is known for its international footprint, with roughly 75 percent of its production destined for export. It maintains a stable, ongoing presence in about 35 countries across the Americas, Europe, and Africa, distributing products through official partners while handling its own sales operations directly in Spain and Portugal.
The operation preserves Dagartech’s established routes, brand, and management team, as well as the core values and strategic direction that have defined the company. The general manager described the multinational project as providing stability and continuity for the venture.
Mutual growth
This marks AKSA’s first investment in Spain within its Turkish industrial group, which specializes in energy solutions. The undisclosed amount reflects AKSA’s global growth strategy. In official statements from both firms, the acquisition is described as a move to expand production capacity and volumes to deliver high-quality, customizable energy solutions, while reinforcing a commitment to continuing high-value, reliable, and sustainable offerings.
The La Muela location of the CentrovÍa range, established in 2015 by David García, underlines extensive experience in this field. The company has sustained rapid growth since inception, expanding from a small team to a workforce of fifty, with strong expectations for further expansion in the years ahead. This momentum is built on a foundation of continuous and sustainable growth in both business volume and human resources.
Both organizations will continue to operate under their own brands and pursue independent business initiatives. Yet the alliance is viewed as a channel for mutual growth and synergy creation, expanding their global footprint and strengthening competitiveness in the power generation market.
