A young man exited his vehicle and soon faced injuries after a Sunday morning crash. A black Bentley collided with a palm tree and struck a wall near the Sporting Club de Portals parking area, leaving the driver stunned and momentarily unconscious as blood appeared on his head.
The incident occurred at about nine thirty in the morning on the Ma-1C, the old Calvià road in front of the Sporting Club de Portals. The luxury car suddenly rammed into a palm tree and the wall outside the sports club’s parking lot, creating a scene of chaos and crushed debris.
Witnesses quickly notified emergency services, and a Majorca Firefighters team from Calvià arrived at the scene. Their initial priority was to secure the area and assess whether the victim could be freed without additional harm. The fire crew worked efficiently to clear branches and fragments of the wall affected by the impact, ensuring a safer path for responders and bystanders.
Medical care was provided on site before the driver was transported by ambulance to a health facility for further evaluation. The Civil Guard opened an inquiry to determine the details of the event. Everything indicates that the accident involved a single vehicle, with no other car or external factor contributing to the crash.
