Officials stated that work continues in the Orenburg region to upgrade the Yasnensky formation with the Avangard fixed missile complex. The defense ministry noted that the most challenging technical operations require several hours to complete, reflecting the level of precision involved in such rearmament.
In addition, authorities confirmed that the infrastructure necessary for combat duty has been prepared. This includes facilities for the personnel on duty to maintain readiness and spaces designated for shift training and drills, ensuring crews are fully prepared to execute their missions when called upon.
