Forecasts from the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia show a mix of clouds and sun in Moscow on Tuesday, with not much rain and daytime temperatures reaching up to 26°C. The day will feel comfortable, and a gentle breeze may come from the west or northwest, blowing at 5 to 10 meters per second. The atmospheric pressure is expected to hover around 753 millimeters of mercury.

During the day in Moscow, temperatures are projected to stay between 24°C and 26°C, while the night into Wednesday should see a drop to around 13°C. Suburban areas are expected to see slightly warmer conditions, with daytime readings from 22°C to 27°C. By Wednesday night, thermometers could dip to about 10°C, bringing a noticeable coolness to the outskirts as well as the city center.

Looking ahead, Evgeny Tishkovets, a senior analyst at the Phobos meteorological center, notes a potential early temperature surge in Central Russian regions next week. This predicted shift would set the stage for warmer days as the week progresses.

By the end of the week, the pattern shifts toward clearer skies and drier conditions. Forecasts indicate Thursday will bring generous sunshine and rising temperatures, with daytime highs in the range of 25°C to 30°C. Friday could push peak temperatures to around 32°C, though conditions are expected to ease somewhat over the weekend as a cooling trend develops.

Experts also project August to bring notably higher average temperatures, with expectations that it will be the warmest month of the season and that typical August temperatures may exceed previous averages by about 3.6°C. This signal aligns with the ongoing pattern of hotter days and more frequent heat spikes observed in the region.

Earlier notices mention that severe weather impacts were felt elsewhere, including an evacuation of roughly 200,000 people in China due to a typhoon, underscoring the broader volatility of summer weather patterns across parts of Asia and their potential global ripples.
