Andrey Marochko, a representative of the LPR People’s Militia, conveyed information indicating that Ukrainian officers have attributed heavy losses near Kremennaya and Svatovo to unfavorable weather conditions. Marochko noted that the weather complicates reconnaissance efforts, making it difficult to deploy drones effectively in the area.
