Since November 2, crews have removed 13 trees, while city officials confirmed that the strong winds also damaged the main sign of the New Horizon shopping center, prompting coordinated responses from municipal services.
As rains moved in, local authorities tracked flooding across several districts in Krasnodar. Pumping equipment was deployed to manage water levels and keep key routes accessible for residents and responders alike.
