Allegedly, two masked individuals stormed the residence while a friend was present, threatening the designer’s party guests and demanding money, after assault and intimidation took place. As the initial inquiry progressed, a person under 15 was allegedly detained on multiple charges including coercion, privacy violations, disclosure of secrets, unlawful detention, injury, theft with violence, and trespass. Investigators say a recording showing Montesinos in a sexual scenario with a minor was used to pressure the designer.
