The Valencian Community will host the 51st National Congress of Pediatrics, a flagship event in the national health calendar. This gathering brings together health professionals to review training standards, explore emerging trends in podiatry, and highlight ongoing research and studies that shape patient care.
Scheduled for 18 and 19 November at the Valencia Conference Centre, the congress is supported by an Honor Committee that includes prominent figures such as the royal representative, the Minister of Universal Health and Public Health for the Community of Valencia, and the Health and Consumer Affairs Council member for Valencia City Council. Attendees can expect presentations and discussions led by experts such as the deputy director of major biomedical research centers, clinical directors of specialized foot and ankle surgery programs, and senior practitioners who bring a wealth of experience from diverse healthcare settings.
In addition to these national and international leaders, regional specialists will participate from Valencian universities and hospitals. Highlights include contributions from Elche’s Miguel Hernández University, the University of Valencia, and the Catholic University of Valencia. Other notable participants come from La Fe University Hospital in Valencia, the University Medical Center in the region, and practitioners who blend podiatry with physical therapy.
