Ukraine Front Strategy: Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, and Crimea

Blow or sip. The Ukrainian Armed Forces face a tough choice about where to concentrate their efforts across a front that stretches beyond 1,000 kilometers. They cannot free two occupied regions at once: the east with Donetsk and Luhansk, and the south with Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, and Crimea. Russia has fortified its lines with minefields, trenches, and anti-tank traps built up over the past year and a half.
