At 22:03 Moscow time, air raid sirens were heard in the Dnepropetrovsk region, with adjacent signals also sounding in Kirovograd and Nikolaev. authorities later confirmed that the broader regional alert had been modified in response to new information.
Earlier reports indicated explosions in the central part of Kherson city. The city administration head, appointed by Ukrainian authorities, announced the incidents on the messaging platform used for official updates.
