Regional authorities in Tyumen have announced financial assistance for residents of Uspenka village whose homes were damaged in a recent fire. The update came from Alexander Moor, the regional governor, via the telegraph channel.
Speaking to the residents at a community meeting, the regional leader outlined immediate support measures, including a one-time payout of 50,000 rubles per affected household. Moor also detailed the process for compensating losses to private homes and outbuildings damaged by the blaze, ensuring that residents receive timely help as they begin the recovery process.
During the briefing, the governor emphasized that documents and applications from fire victims would be accepted locally in Uspenka, with no need for people to travel to other towns or regional centers. He noted that the authorities would coordinate with both regional and federal agencies to streamline the assistance and would arrange temporary housing for those made homeless by the incident.
Recall that on the afternoon of May 4, a large-scale fire engulfed parts of Uspenka in Tyumen region. The blaze caused damage to 18 buildings, including eight residential homes. An emergency regime was activated in the village, and individuals who wished to leave their homes were taken to a temporary shelter set up to safeguard residents during the crisis.
Earlier reports indicated that a fire had broken out in Uspenka, Tyumen region, with localized flames affecting an area of approximately 3,900 square meters. Local authorities moved swiftly to contain the fire and protect the community while coordinating relief efforts for those affected.
