At 01:45 this Tuesday, two patrols conducting surveillance at the burned building on Rafael Alberti Street heard noises coming from inside. The officers requested assistance via the radio and surveyed the structure. On the second floor they found two persons who fled when they saw the officers.

One of those detained near the building was intercepted by a responding patrol only a few meters away. The description of the second suspect was broadcast and he was located on Alquería de Rico Street. On the second floor, a sports bag was found containing several sets of plumbing fixtures, a hammer, and pliers. In the second and third floors, some units were missing plumbing fixtures.

As a result of these actions, the two suspects, S.H., 23, and L.B., 51, were arrested and placed at the disposal of the judicial authority at the Guardia Central Inspection.
