Two young boys reportedly attacked a girl at a park in Palma, forcing her immobilization and touching, as described by authorities. Officers from the National Police identified the two juveniles as the primary suspects in what was labeled a sexual assault case near a local water seller’s area. The incident drew immediate attention from park-goers and prompted rapid law enforcement response as investigators pursued the facts surrounding the event.
The alleged assault occurred on September 29 in a park located in the Palma district of Balearic County. At that moment, three underage girls were present. According to witnesses, two unfamiliar youths approached the group with little warning and swiftly moved to seize contact with one of the girls, attempting to pull her away from the seating area where she had been sitting with friends.
One of the accused grabbed the victim by the hand in an effort to lift her from the bench, while another reportedly pressured her to kiss him. Before the victim could react or seek help, one of the adolescents restrained her by the neck, rendering her momentarily unable to resist. In the midst of the struggle, the second assailant allegedly touched the victim’s hips, adding a further layer of intimidation to the confrontation.
Friends of the victim intervened, allowing the affected girl to break free and enabling the trio to flee the park in different directions. The alarming nature of the incident compelled the victim to seek assistance from local authorities, and she submitted a formal complaint at a police station. In the days that followed, the victim was able to identify one of the young attackers in street surveillance footage and through other inquiries conducted by investigators.
