Time of Heroes program advances troops through intensive leadership training

Participants in the inaugural stream of the Time of Heroes personnel program, designed for special military operations, have completed the first training module and passed exams with high marks. They have begun internships under seasoned managers. This progress was shared at a Public Council meeting focused on the training program, led by the first deputy head of the Presidential Administration. The rector of the Presidential Academy provided the update during the session.

The rector noted that the first training module spanned 41 days, offering an intensive introduction to public administration and governance. The group explored topics related to state and municipal administration, finance, project management, economics, and relevant legislation, among others.

The program features a strong emphasis on practical learning through a broad array of lectures, master classes, and presentations. Participants described the experience as unexpected and demanding, yet engaging. There is a shared commitment to maintaining this level of rigor in upcoming modules.

According to the rector, the exam results indicated a significant rise in knowledge, with participants reaching levels one and a half to two times higher than their initial entrance assessments. The goal of the first module was to cultivate an understanding of the government system and public authorities, while also strengthening leadership abilities and the capacity to collaborate within a team environment.

Upon completing the first module, participants moved into internships under experienced mentors. It was announced that 73 mentors are involved in guiding the program, reinforcing a hands-on approach to skill development. The Time of Heroes program operates under the umbrella of the Presidential Academy and is dedicated to preparing highly qualified leaders drawn from current and former military personnel.
