According to the Telegram channel, police detained natives of Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan.
The report states that three suspects, who fled from Astrakhan to Stavropol, planned to distribute drugs in the Stavropol Region.
Earlier, the regional Ministry of Health reported that 19 people were hospitalized due to drug poisoning in Astrakhan.
The ministry added that 11 more people were in moderate condition in the general ward. Two patients were discharged shortly after hospitalization. Six of the 19 hospitalized individuals are in serious condition.
The first person taken to hospital was a 42-year-old man who is now in serious condition. The following morning, three more girls, aged between 20 and 22, were admitted to the hospital.
