Initial details indicate that six people required hospitalization after the incident. Among those affected are an elderly man and an elderly woman who are listed in serious condition, along with four children who were injured and transported to medical facilities for treatment and observation.
Following an assessment by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation, a separate event involved a partial collapse of 83 residential buildings on Sibirskaya Street in the Vagonka microdistrict. Officials report that a gas explosion inside a dwelling caused the entrance to the building to cave in. There was no ensuing fire as a result of the blast, according to the emergency services.
