The Digital District stands to gain from the energy of South Summit 2023, Spain’s leading entrepreneurship and innovation event. This milestone gathering helps project developers shine and accelerates the evolution of a robust technological ecosystem in the Valencia Community, as reported by the regional public administration. The event serves as a powerful showcase for autonomous progress and the adoption of cutting edge technology across markets beyond the Iberian Peninsula.

La Nave in Madrid will host the gathering from June 7 to June 9, marking a timely opportunity for the Digital District to demonstrate its clout. The summit is regarded as a perfect date for visibility into ongoing autonomy-driven work, with a growing focus on international audiences from the United Kingdom and the United States. These markets have historically led visitor interest at global innovation conferences, underscoring the importance of the event for Valencia’s tech scene.

Valencia’s delegation will be led by the general manager of the Association for Digital Transformation Projects, Anthony Rodes, along with the deputy director Rufino Selva. The delegation will have its own stand representing a broad umbrella of technologies connected to the Valencia ecosystem, featuring fourteen Valencia-based companies that span a wide range of digital capabilities.

Additionally, Distrito Digital has forged a partnership with South Summit to bolster the platform’s ecosystem. This collaboration expands with a 2023 activity program designed to connect the district with ecosystem actors beyond its usual circle, broadening reach and impact for participants across the region and beyond.
