The girl was injured and transported to Arnau de Vilanova University Hospital in Lleida. Her life is not believed to be in danger, according to reports from Segre and corroborated by police sources. The incident is already under investigation by authorities and the education inspectorate, with no confirmed link to bullying at this stage.
The girl had been receiving psychoeducational support. Vedruna Schools, which operate within publicly funded networks and include a psychoeducational pathway in their educational project, emphasize emotional education. A school statement noted that every student facing vulnerabilities receives follow-up from the school; when appropriate, referrals are made to social, health, and educational services. In the ongoing monitoring of this case, both internal and external assessments found no signs of school bullying present in the minor’s situation.

The events occurred around 5:00 p.m. as students were packing up to go home. For reasons not yet known, the girl stood on a table, climbed through the window, and fell into an interior courtyard. Fellow students and teachers witnessed the episode and promptly called emergency services.
The minor, whose identity and personal data are protected by law, sustained fractures to both legs and the hip. She is reported to be recovering and out of danger. The school asked that her privacy and that of her family be respected.
