The suspect, who was moved to the courthouse for proceedings, was brought before the Education Court No. 1 in Villajoyosa as authorities continued to build a case. He faces charges related to drug sales carried out both at a residence in La Cala and on public streets and in dining venues around the area.

They also established links between the individual and several hostess clubs in the towns of Finestrat and Benidorm, where he performed public relations duties and maintained contact with clients.
The investigation revealed additional details: the suspect rented a warehouse in Finestrat that could function as a drug storage or processing site. Civil Guard analysts also noted a pattern of numerous small cash transactions made by the defendant, raising suspicions about the scale and frequency of the illicit activity.
On March 9, authorities arrested the individual and conducted searches at his residence in Cala de La Vila Joiosa and the warehouse in Finestrat. During the operation, officers recovered more than 210 grams of cocaine in rock form and seized a substantial amount of evidence corroborating the charges associated with the warehouse involvement.
