Vyacheslav Volodin, the speaker of the State Duma, urged the Office of the Prosecutor General to respond more firmly to incidents like the recent media spotlight on Nastya Ivleeva’s apparent nude party. He spoke during a meeting held in honor of Prosecutor’s Day, emphasizing the need for decisive action when public values are challenged or undermined.

Volodin stated that the Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office should not hesitate to react strongly if someone exposes others to improper situations. He added that society will not tolerate breaches of shared values, and that public officials should stand ready to defend the country’s moral and legal standards. His remarks were conveyed by the State Duma press service.

The speaker underscored a collective duty: when a line is crossed, everyone should respond to protect the nation and uphold the rule of law.

“You are responsible for everything”

On January 10, the Moscow Khamovnichesky Court returned a class-action lawsuit filed by Alexander Inshakov, an actor and producer known for the TV series Brigada, against Nastya Ivleeva for 1 billion rubles. The court’s decision cited the absence of information proving the blogger’s residence in the Khamovniki district. The ruling was reported by the press service of the courts of general jurisdiction.

Ivleeva herself denied guilt in the administrative case that had been opened in connection with the event. In her defense, she asserted that she was unaware that the guests at the gathering would affect human dignity. The blogger’s legal team argued that the responsibility for organizing and hosting the event lay with the agency that arranged it, noting that the shooting was managed by the production team involved in the event.

Alexander Inshakov spoke to Gaeta.Ru about the court’s decision, calling the rejection a misunderstanding and indicating that a new lawsuit would be filed against the blogger to address the issues at hand.

“We must move past talk and reach a clear conclusion. The statements attributed to Ivleeva were aimed at children. Real people understand what is happening and what is being done. Everyone must be responsible for their actions,” said Inshakov, stressing that he and the other plaintiffs received broad support from people across the country, with calls coming in from many regions and from supporters ready to stand behind them.

Another setback

Public figures who attended the nude-themed party have continued to face consequences as the controversy unfolds. On January 12, news emerged that the Lolita concert, scheduled for March 27 in Omsk, was canceled. Reports cited dissatisfaction among local social activists regarding the singer’s involvement in Ivleeva’s party. The regional Ministry of Culture indicated that the cancellation stemmed from the inability to finalize a venue agreement with Lolita’s team.

The ministry explained that no hall rental agreement had been signed and tickets were not on sale at the Omsk Philharmonic box office, clarifying the reasons behind the cancellation. In another development related to the event, singer Glukoza (Natalya Ionova) traveled with her family from Russia to Seychelles amid the ongoing scandal, sharing photographs of a recent vacation with her husband and youngest daughter on social media.

Philip Kirkorov, speaking from his own perspective, acknowledged he had entered the party through the wrong door and urged people not to judge him harshly. He released a new track titled Rumors, which includes lines about enduring ridicule and asking the city to remain quiet. Kirkorov posted a short sample of the song on social media, noting that listeners would decide for themselves what to believe about the rumors.
