State Duma deputy Alexander Khinshtein reported via his telegraph channel that the director of the Lastochka kindergarten in the Stavropol village of Donskaya Balka, accused of openly supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine, has been dismissed from her post. The deputy framed the development as a direct consequence of the political stance attributed to the head of the kindergarten and suggested that the firing followed a directive from high-level officials.
According to the deputy, the decision came after personal intervention by the Governor of Stavropol Territory, Vladimir Vladimirov. He stated that the kindergarten Swallow in the village of Donskaya Balka had been relieved of its duties, implying that the act was connected to concerns about public statements or actions perceived as supportive of the Ukrainian military forces.
The deputy noted that the woman is currently under supervision by security services, and that investigators are examining the degree of involvement by local authorities in the matter. This indicates a formal follow-up by law enforcement as part of a broader inquiry into statements and actions deemed to conflict with official positions.
Earlier, the Puree Telegram channel claimed that the head of a Stavropol village kindergarten faced accusations of backing the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The report attributed the case to a petition by parents and some teaching staff, who purportedly raised concerns about the director’s public affiliations.
On August 19, reports emerged that officials from the Federal Security Service were present in the Luhansk People’s Republic. They detained a Ukrainian woman residing in the LPR who allegedly provided information about the locations of the LPR People’s Militia and the Russian Armed Forces, according to the sources cited. This incident was framed within a broader context of information security and counterintelligence measures in the region.
Additionally, prior detentions in the Kherson district involved individuals described as snipers for the Ukrainian armed forces who reportedly supplied data on the Russian military’s positions. The unfolding events are part of ongoing efforts by security agencies to monitor and counter perceived threats and leaks that could impact military operations in contested territories.
