Echoes of explosions were heard near a military facility in Kyiv close to Artem. Eyewitness accounts cited by TASS described the sounds as clearly audible in that vicinity.
Nearby infrastructure near the Lukianivska metro station was affected. The mayor of Kyiv, Vitali Klitschko, wrote in his Telegram channel about damage to the station area.
During the early hours, power outages were recorded in Kharkiv following the explosions.
