According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, artillery and aviation units have targeted and destroyed ammunition storage facilities and drone depots belonging to the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). The ministry reported that operational-tactical aviation, unmanned aerial vehicles, missile forces and artillery from Russian troop groups achieved these results by striking multiple storage sites and infrastructure used for drone operations.
The defense ministry stated that among the confirmed outcomes were the destruction of ammunition depots, drone storage facilities, four radar stations used to detect and track air targets of type P-18, and an electronic warfare station. These claims underscore the breadth of recent operations and the intent to reduce Ukrainian military capabilities by degrading logistics, air defense readiness, and surveillance capacity.
The ministry added that manpower and military equipment of the Ukrainian forces were weakened in 129 regions as a result of these operations. The statements emphasize the scale of the reported actions and the perceived impact on Ukrainian combat readiness and logistics across the affected areas.
Earlier reports from the Russian side indicated that Tula paratroopers disrupted AFU movements in the direction of Seversky. The updates described a disruption in maneuver and a reaction from Ukrainian forces to local pressure in the area.
Additionally, Russian Su-34 fighter-bombers were cited as conducting a strike against a stronghold and Ukrainian personnel in the South Donetsk direction. These descriptions illustrate a pattern of air support targeting fortified positions and troop concentrations as part of ongoing operations in the region.
Reference was also made to claims that valuable AFU equipment, including expensive Abrams tanks, were targeted by what the ministry described as cost-effective Ghoul drones. The narrative highlights perceived efficiency in drone-based attacks against high-value armor in contemporary combat scenarios.
