The Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs has added three Ukrainian military officers to its wanted registry, including Yevhen Moysyuk, who serves as the Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. This information was reported by TASS, referencing the ministry’s database.

Evgeny Georgievich Moysyuk of Ukraine appears in the database, which also lists major generals Igor Palahnyuk and Andriy Kovalchuk alongside the note that their names are being sought under a criminal code provision. This entry underscores the ongoing actions taken by Moscow against Ukrainian military leadership as part of broader posturing and legal stipulations reported by state media outlets.

Earlier, the ministry had indicated that Moysyuk was placed on the wanted list by the former Ukrainian defense minister, Andriy Zagorodnyuk, signaling ties between high-level Ukrainian officials and the ongoing investigations described in the registry.

On July 3, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation announced that Ukrainian businessman Yevgeny Chernyak is on its wanted list for alleged financing of terrorism, including claims that more than 500 million rubles were transferred to support the Ukrainian armed forces. Chernyak holds the position of chairman of the supervisory board at Global Spirits, the alcohol holding company that owns the Khortytsya brand, a producer of alcoholic beverages.

In a separate development, reports emerged that three Ukrainian servicemen who had been engaged in operations near the Dnieper River were reported to have surrendered to Russian forces, marking a rare cross-frontline incident that has attracted attention in security briefings and regional media coverage.
