El Rubius makes a bold return to Prime Video with a fresh project that expands his already impressive reach across platforms. Following the series Virtual Hero on Movistar Plus and Rubius X, this Thursday sees the debut of Rubius: Next Level, a new Prime Video exclusive spearheaded by the renowned Spanish creator.

The program is a four-episode journey filmed in Japan, fusing elements of fiction with documentary storytelling. This marks Rubius’s second series to arrive exclusively on Prime Video, following the arrival of Rubius X the previous year.

With a footprint that spans more than 40 million subscribers on YouTube, over 17 million followers across Instagram and Twitter, and nearly 14 million on Twitch, Rubius stands as one of the most recognized content creators of his generation. Beyond the vast audience, he has been acknowledged by TIME magazine for his leadership in his field, launched his own animated series, and built a merchandise line through an online store. His collaborations include appearances alongside Hollywood stars, with ties to figures such as Will Smith and Chris Pratt, and even guest roles in major video games. These achievements underscore a career that extends well beyond traditional streaming, into serialized entertainment and cross-media presence.

Across four immersive chapters, Rubius: Next Level invites viewers to explore the places, characters, and culture that render Japan a singular global phenomenon. As the narrative unfolds, Rubius uncovers the deeper motives behind his journey, a quest that compels him to confront personal limits he had never anticipated. The experience promises new challenges that push him to rise to a demanding new level, one that reshapes his self-perception and public persona alike.

The project originates from an original concept by NOOB Studios, with production handled by NOOB Studios in collaboration with Warner Bros. It is co-produced with ITVP Spain and represents a strategic collaboration within the Webedia group. Rubius: Next Level will be made available exclusively on Prime Video in Spain and in Latin America, with the exception of Brazil, bringing Rubius’s global audience closer to his evolving creative voice in a distinct regional context.
