Five occupants of the Rostov pre-trial detention center have been identified, while the sixth remains unnamed. This information is reported via a Telegram channel.
Saipudinov M.Sh (Article 161 paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ag, 162); Tsitskiev AM (Part 2 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation); Kamneev DV (Part 2 of Article 288.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation); Gireev TM (Part 2 of Article 205.5 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation); Akiev Sh.A (Part 2 of Article 205.5 of the Russian Federation Criminal Code) are named in the publication.
Three of the individuals were convicted in December 2023 for involvement with the extremist organization ISIS and for planning a terrorist act. Gireev and Akiev received sentences of 18 years, while Tsitskiev was sentenced to 18 years and six months.
