The Telegram channel reported that the head of Rosmorrechflot, Zakhary Dzhioev, suffered a heart attack and was hospitalized.

According to the channel’s news, 46-year-old Dzhioev was diagnosed with multiple organ failure, cardiac tachycardia and intra abdominal bleeding.

Zakhary is currently in intensive care under the supervision of medical staff, who consider his condition to be extremely serious.

Rosmorrechflot is the federal agency responsible for guiding ships in port waters, inland waterways, and along the Northern Sea Route. In 2023, this organization oversaw the operation of the Kerch crossing, which connects Crimea with the Krasnodar region.

Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin appointed Zakhariot Dzhioev as head of Rosmorrechflot in August of the previous year. Dzhioev has worked at Rosmorrechflot since 2011, starting as the head of economic analysis, forecasting, and approval of large transactions. In 2015, Dzhioev became head of the economics and finance department, and in 2019 was promoted to deputy head of Rosmorrechflot.

There were reports from public figures that another recent event involved a notable religious leader making comments about injuries he sustained.
