Officials said the incident occurred on a residence located on Main Street. Fire crews, rescue squads, and canine teams were deployed to the scene to assess damage, secure the area, and search for anyone who might be at risk among the rubble.
The preliminary briefing noted that, upon arrival, responders confirmed that a portion of the roof attached to the building had collapsed, affecting an area measuring about 75 square meters.
During debris clearance, no one was found in danger or injured, according to the Ministry of Emergency Situations. No injuries were reported as a result of the collapse.
Earlier today, in Astrakhan, two entrances to a residential building on Station Square showed signs of distress as cracks appeared in the facade. Local residents reported the crack development and promptly contacted emergency services, mobilizing a rapid response to the potential danger.
