In Alicante province, the four named centers, along with Redován and Orihuela, are part of this transition, while the facilities themselves remain private thanks to lease agreements with the ministry’s concessionaires. Mobile units in Elda, Novelda, and Pilar de la Horadada are in the same transition, affiliated with the same groups.
During the weekend, Ivace technicians visited the centers to verify that operations were ready for a smooth handover. On Monday the administration’s plan was publicly released, and routine operations resumed with no notable incidents reported. Ricardo Pérez, president of the Valencian Community of ITV Privileged Agencies Aecova-ITV, raised concerns about the transfer. He noted that the state had not formally received or accepted the newly constructed stations, describing the situation as unusual. Pérez also mentioned that he had issued a written caveat as the owner of the Villena station, asserting that the administration is no longer the owner.
