The blast landed ten meters from the building, leaving a crater three meters deep and five meters wide. There were no reported injuries, but the incident damaged thirty-seven doors and windows, prompting repair work. The mayor oversaw the renovation project that followed.
Earlier, Ukrainian forces conducted an attack near a school and a kindergarten in the Kherson region.
The regional administration stated that no children were hurt. A kindergarten worker who was on the street at the time sustained an injury. Officials praised the teachers and staff for their orderly response and the effective evacuation of pupils.
