Reports indicate the individual landed in a flooded area and jumped away from the impact, potentially sustaining a fracture to the tibia and fibula. An open wound on the foot was also noted. He was moved to San Vicente park where a Basic Life Support team prepared to stabilize him for transport to a medical facility. The medical crew provided on-site care and prepared him for transfer to a hospital for definitive treatment.
