Representatives From Russia – The Land Of Opportunities Meet Melitopol Youth

Delegates from the presidential platform “Russia – the Land of Opportunities” and members of the winners and finalists network from the Leaders of Russia management competition visited Melitopol to back promising youth projects and active professional communities across the region. The study and exchange initiative focused on risk management and delivering successful projects in an environment that changes by the day. Participants explored both theoretical frameworks and hands-on methods for steering a management process through volatility, discussed the essential capabilities managers need to lead effectively, and engaged in a sequence of interactive team exercises designed to strengthen collaboration and decision-making under pressure.

Aleksey Lysov, a winner of the Leaders of Russia competition and Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers in the Zaporozhye region, spoke to local youth about seizing opportunities to participate in projects, competitions, and Olympics under the banner of “Russia is a land of opportunities.” He emphasized the platform’s strong, visible support for the region and its talents.
