A guardianship safety issue in the Sverdlovsk region is under investigation after a report that a life skills teacher allegedly harmed a minor who visited him. This information was published by a regional outlet.
The incident is described as taking place in the Chkalovsky district of Yekaterinburg toward the end of April. Allegations state that an eighth-grade student visited the teacher at his residence, and an inappropriate situation occurred during the visit. The student reportedly lost consciousness, and later reported to guardians that harm occurred during the visit. Authorities note that the student has disabilities related to cerebral palsy.
There were previous reports from Kaliningrad about a separate case involving a student and a photographer, where the student was allegedly pressured into a compromising situation and photographs were used for coercion. The suspect was detained, a criminal case was opened, and a court imposed a lengthy prison sentence in a maximum-security facility.
Additionally, there were earlier reports in St. Petersburg involving a very young child and serious misconduct by a parent, which were addressed by authorities.
