Between bustling mega-cities and quiet retreats, the preference is split: 71 percent aim for peaceful, secluded spots, while the rest seek livelier urban experiences.
The study also highlights a strong international inclination among travelers of Russian origin, with 69.4 percent expressing interest in overseas dream trips and 30.6 percent choosing trips within the home country. Accommodation preferences show hotels as the choice for the majority, with 67 percent selecting hotels and about one third preferring apartment-style lodging.
