Residents across the Yaroslavl region have been summoned by regional military registration and enlistment offices to review and verify their military registration details. This communication was confirmed by TASS after speaking with officials at one of the region’s military offices.

Officials described these notices as a planned effort to update and correct military records. The Commissioner’s Office noted that the outreach is part of a routine data verification process rather than an expansion of conscription activity.

Earlier, local media had reported that subpoenas were beginning to reach residents in the region, prompting questions about the scope and purpose of the orders.

Similar notices were previously reported in Lipetsk, where regional authorities indicated that residents would receive subpoenas to verify registration data in the database of individuals liable for military service. Officials stressed that the goal is to ensure the accuracy of individual records within the system.

In Penza, residents also reported receiving subpoenas via social networks. The Penza regional military registration and enlistment office stated that, in addition to clarifying personal information, six-day military training camps and 30-day training sessions with officers may be organized, depending on the branch of the Military Logistics and Logistics Academy in Penza.

On March 14, Voronezh region officials announced that the regional military commissariat and municipal administrations had begun issuing subpoenas to local residents. They reiterated that the purpose of these activities is to update the registration information for those who have a military obligation, ensuring accuracy across regional records.
