The Russian president, Vladimir Putin, stated that his rise to the presidency was made possible by the support of Russians and pledged to govern in the best possible way. He delivered these remarks during a video conference with families who received the Order for Parenthood and the Mother Hero awards, as reported by the Kremlin telegram channel.

During the online event, Putin expressed gratitude to the Shishov family from Chuvashia for recognizing his efforts.

“I want to send you a return disk, as they say in such cases. You said something would happen because of me. I also want to say that thanks to you and people like you, I am where I am and working”, the president said, emphasizing that Russia is a large family.

In the broadcast, Putin pledged to address the issue of large families facing gaps in state support due to rising incomes. He noted that the mechanism for assessing the need criteria for large families requires additional regulation and refinement.
