Investigators are also looking into another incident involving a first grade student who was approached by a dog near house number 1 on Novokirpichnaya Street on January 30. The incident was captured on video, showing the animal tearing the student’s jacket, though no injuries were reported at the time of the recording.
During the audit, all circumstances surrounding the cases will be clarified. Legal experts will consider whether those responsible failed to act in accordance with Article 293 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, which addresses negligence.
