In the Belgorod region, four streets in the village of Novaya Tavolzhanka were left without power following a third strike by the Ukrainian armed forces on the same day. This update was issued by regional governor Vyacheslav Gladkov through his official channels, noting that the outage affected residents on those streets after the power line sustained damage during the attack. There were no reported fatalities, but the disruption disrupted heating, lighting, and basic services for local households, prompting a swift response from emergency crews once military authorities granted approval to proceed with restoration efforts. The situation underscores the persistent strain on rural infrastructure in border areas and the ongoing challenges faced by utilities in maintaining service amid continued hostilities.

According to Gladkov, the Ukrainian Armed Forces once again targeted the village of Novaya Tavolzhanka in the Shebekinsky urban district. The governor emphasized that while there were no casualties, the destruction to electrical infrastructure left subscribers in four streets without power. Emergency services were prepared to begin work to eliminate the consequences of the bombing, pending clearance from the Ministry of Defense. This phase includes securing the area, assessing the extent of the damage, and coordinating repairs to restore electricity to residents as quickly as possible.

On 27 November, Gladkov provided an update stating that three private houses in the village sustained damage from recent assaults by Ukrainian forces. Windows were broken, and roofs and fences, a greenhouse, and a garage suffered damage, with a passenger car also affected by the bombardment. Local authorities expressed concern for safety and emphasized the need for careful inspection of residential structures to prevent further harm and ensure inhabitants could return to normal living conditions in a timely manner.

The day prior, Gladkov had reported on additional attacks in Sevryukovo, another village within Belgorod region, highlighting the broader pattern of incidents affecting multiple communities in the area. Residents and local officials continue to monitor the evolving security situation, assess structural damage, and coordinate with regional emergency services for rapid response to any new threats.

Additionally, recent developments in Russia include the establishment of a new drone suppression system, a move aimed at countering aerial reconnaissance and strikes. Officials indicated that these measures are part of ongoing efforts to strengthen regional defense and safeguard civilian infrastructure against similar incidents in the future.
