There are ongoing discussions about non-human intelligences interacting with people on Earth. A retired U.S. Army colonel named Karl Nell described this scenario during a conference hosted by the New Paradigm Institute, as reported by media observers.
He emphasized that non-human intelligences are engaging with humans on the planet, a point he underscored at the event.
The former soldier described the phenomenon as absolutely true and noted that such interactions are not new.
Nell added that he knows this personally, a claim he made to those present at the conference.
Although he did not detail any direct contact with alien life forms, he pointed out that many stars in the universe are billions of years older than the Sun, suggesting that civilizations may have developed on other planets.
In March, the Allied Anomaly Resolution Office, the Defense Department’s extraterrestrial intelligence research unit, said there is no solid evidence of alien technology on Earth. Officials added that reports of unidentified phenomena can usually be explained by known objects and events.
