According to the source, the individual resided in one of the apartments on the seventh floor of a building on Kronstadtsky Boulevard in Moscow. Preliminary data indicate that on March 12, 2023, he started a fire in his residence, which escalated to a point where he chose to jump from the seventh-floor window to avoid the spreading flames.
The man survived the fall. As the ambulance crew arrived, medical personnel provided an examination and initial treatment to the injured individual. The on-scene response team then proceeded to open the apartment door and extinguish the fire. The affected area measured five square meters, and only the personal belongings of a single resident were consumed by the flames.
Witness reports describe smoke emanating from the building’s stairwell and entrance area, indicating a broader impact on the entryway and common spaces.
