The Israeli military has acknowledged introducing water into Hamas’ underground networks in the Gaza Strip, according to RIA News.
“During the conflict, the Israeli Armed Forces adopted new methods to disable the subterranean terrorist sites in Gaza by delivering substantial quantities of water into the tunnel system”, the report notes.
The article also states that the army employs pumps, pipelines, and engineering solutions to flood the underground infrastructure in Gaza.
According to the press service, a pump and pipe network, along with several engineering innovations, is deployed for these operations.
