Murder Investigation Unfolds in Zaragoza Delicias

A new murder case emerged in Aragon as a 42-year-old man of Gabian origin named Alie was found in the Zaragoza district of Delicias. A weapon described as a knife was involved, and a local citizen reported the incident. The National Police have not yet detained a suspect in connection with the crime.

The fatal incident occurred just before midnight on the second floor of a building on Calle Don Pedro de Luna, specifically at number 29, in this well-known district of the Aragonese capital.

Inside what is described as the Second Left, the victim was inside a residence with his brother when he reportedly took a phone call and was attacked as soon as he stepped outside, according to Chima, who is quoted as the victim’s brother about the sequence of events.

After the suspected assailant struck, he fled toward Graus Street with a knife in hand as authorities and bystanders attempted to intervene. Law enforcement officers began a wide-scale search for the suspect, who was last seen heading away from the scene.

In the initial moments following the attack, the suspect is said to have taken shelter in a bathroom and managed to elude immediate police action. Investigators are treating the case as open and fluid, with many possibilities still on the table as the investigation progresses.

Early reports suggest that motive could involve a personal dispute, with speculation that the victim might be connected to the suspect through family ties, potentially linked to the accused’s ex-wife. Authorities and local media have noted the possibility that revenge could have been a motivating factor, though no definitive conclusion has been reached yet.
