Metrovacesa, a residential developer with a strong footprint in Alicante and San Juan, inaugurates this year a new sales point. The site is located in a privileged spot in Alicante, on Avenida Oscar Esplá, conveniently near the company’s current developments. The address places potential buyers close to the heart of the city, along the promenade, with easy southbound access to the airport and quick routes to the peninsula’s center.

Today, Metrovacesa has four residential projects under construction in Alicante and San Juan de Alicante. The Adamar development sits on Avenida Alona in Alicante, with a planned completion by late 2023 previously, and the Thalassa project on Avenida Catedrático Soler in Alicante, with updates indicating completion in 2025. The portfolio also includes Nou Nazhar on Calle Aigües in San Juan de Alicante and Nazhar on Calle Cronista Isidro Buades in San Juan de Alicante.

Commitment to the environment

Metrovacesa is pursuing a sustainable green label that defines its developments as homes designed to achieve higher energy ratings through advanced systems. The goal is to reduce consumption and improve insulation, utilizing aerothermal energy to heat water by harvesting ambient temperatures. Solar panels are also being installed in several promotions to generate electricity.

Four Metrovacesa works

The Adamar project marks a fresh residential concept in Alicante, offering 54 homes with two, three, and four bedrooms. Each unit includes a garage, a storage room, and bicycle parking. The building features a communal rooftop pool with stunning views of the sea and the city, highlighting an inviting balance between comfort and scenery.

Next in line is the Thalassa building, delivering 47 homes with two, three, and four bedrooms. It also provides a garage and storage space. In addition to the pool, the location deserves mention: the homes face the sea and sit just a short walk from the city center and popular districts such as Ensanche and Maisonnave.

Also part of the portfolio, the project offers 45 homes built to high sustainability standards. The properties carry the GBCe Green Seal and boast strong energy efficiency ratings CEE AA, underscoring Metrovacesa’s ambition to combine comfort with responsible construction.

The Nou Nazareth project lies in Partial Plan Nou Nazareth, a prized area in San Juan de Alicante roughly 2 km from the beach and 15 minutes from Alicante city center, with excellent public transport connections.

Within Nou Nazareth is the most advanced set of works: 89 residences in total, with 70% already sold. The new neighborhood of Nou Nazareth sits two kilometers from San Juan beach and a 15-minute drive from downtown Alicante. The development includes a children’s pool, an adult pool, a playground, and expansive garden areas for residents to enjoy.
