The Madrid Municipal Police detained a 24-year-old man on suspicion of raping his 15-year-old ex-girlfriend at her home in the Carabanchel district, and he is accused of pressuring her to use drugs during their relationship.
According to reports from El Mundo and confirmed by police sources, the arrest occurred last Friday night after a teacher alerted the Tutoring Agents Service at a local school that a pupil showed marks on the neck and face.
At midday, officers went to the school to hear the minor’s account. She said the ex-boyfriend came to her house on Thursday to talk, and after moving to her bedroom, he assaulted her without consent.
The young woman maintained that there was no consent and that after the assault she bore marks on the neck, also accusing her ex of repeatedly forcing her to consume drugs during their relationship.
Thus, an ambulance went to the center to transport the girl to Hospital 12 de Octubre for a formal examination under the protocol for sexual violence.
In parallel, tutoring agents carried out a locator operation and found the suspect in a zone of the Latina district after not locating him at his home.
The detainee appeared nervous and ended up injuring himself, which led him to receive medical attention from Samur-Protección Civil before being arrested on suspicion of sexual assault and incitement to drug use involving a minor.
The minor has reported the events at the police station of Carabanchel.
