This summer arrives a little earlier with the second edition of Love Island, a reality show where ten islanders share a luxury villa in pursuit of connection and romance. The Atresmedia network introduced the cast during Sunday’s premiere and formed the first couples; Cristina Pedroche teased the season with the latest updates.
The show features a dramatic twist called the “red button.” Any islander who can’t stand living with a rival or someone in the mix can press this button to trigger a dramatic reveal. The person pressed will be confronted, and the audience will decide which of the two contestants leaves the villa.
With the couples already chosen, the villa welcomed Luis, a 30-year-old chemical operator. His arrival excited the group, and several islanders moved in close to get to know him better.
