Lima gas station blast prompts emergency response and safety checks

A fatality and twenty two more people were injured this Monday in Lima following an explosion at a fuel station located in the busy district of Villa María del Triunfo. The blast caused severe damage to nearby homes, vehicles, and a shopping center, according to the Ministry of Health.
