Explosions echoed through the Ukrainian-controlled city of Kherson, according to Roman Mrochko, the head of the city’s military administration appointed by Kiev. He conveyed the news through his Telegram channel, noting that the blasts were heard in the central portion of Kherson.
Reports from the day before also described a sequence of explosions in the same city, reinforcing the pattern of disturbance in the region.
During the night of November 19, an air raid alert was activated in several parts of Ukraine. A number of Ukrainian media outlets, including Strana.ua, reported blasts in the Kiev region and warned of possible missile activity in other areas.
