The notice was issued through the Telegram channel of the Russian military department and has been echoed by official spokespeople in Moscow.
According to the ministry, the incident occurred on June 5 around 21:00 Moscow time, when a Ukrainian DRG is said to have detonated explosives along the pipeline in the Masyutovka area. The statement repeatedly frames the act as a deliberate disruption by Ukrainian forces, described in official language as a sabotage and reconnaissance operation.
