The Vakhitovsky District Court in Kazan ruled on a case involving a Chinese citizen accused of promoting nontraditional sexual relations. The verdict leads to administrative deportation from Russia after seven days of detention. The court’s official notice confirms this outcome.

According to the report, the individual was sentenced to administrative deportation from the Russian Federation and seven days of administrative detention. The investigation notes that the person uploaded 19 videos to a YouTube channel in which he promoted nontraditional sexual values with a Georgian citizen. Police also identified about 1,800 underage subscribers among the channel’s total following of roughly 65,000.

Earlier, in January, a controversial blogger known as Stasik Kudryavy was scrutinized for LGBT propaganda for certain posts on a Telegram channel, under the article concerning propaganda of nontraditional sexual relations and related preferences. As part of the preliminary inquiry, a religious forensic examination will be conducted in relation to the case involving alleged insults to believers’ feelings.
